I started Moore & Associates with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. I believe we do that, in part, by helping client organizations to identify, assess and hire the best possible talent for each and every position on their management team. People in healthcare touch the lives of countless individuals at a moment when they, or a loved one, are in a difficult situation. Knowing that what we do helps another human being in a time of need is, frankly, a blessing.
This was an unlikely career for me. You see, when I was 16 years old, my mother was diagnosed with metastases breast cancer and given 6 months to live. This news was quite a shock to me and my three sisters. Mom survived for

Cynthia spent almost 20 working in education before transitioning to the recruitment field. As a principle and co-founder of Moore & Associates she concentrates on Human Resources and Payroll for the firm while consulting in recruitment. She has successfully placed many managers, directors and C-Suite candidates in her 12 years with Moore & Associates. Cynthia is an integral part of the leadership team helping to grow the organization while taking care of the personnel within the firm.
Cynthia is married with three children and 11 grandchildren which precludes her ever thinking about retirement. She said, "I have found great joy in helping to change the lives of candidates and affect the quality of healthcare organizations."

Now, it is a different story. Hospitals and Healthcare Systems are where I make my living. During the course of all of these years I have been in literally hundreds of Hospitals all across this great country. I have met people who bring a sense of compassion and caring to what they do for others and it never ceases to inspire me. I have been doing this for almost two decades and even so, every morning when I wake up, I cannot wait to see what the day will bring.
My other great passions in life are my wife, Cynthia, and our three children, all grown and married with families of their own. This brings me to my grandchildren, a total of 11 now, to whom I am known as 'Papa'. That number, as my wife likes to put it, was achieved through nature, merger and acquisition (it's a long story). And last, but not least, yacht racing. My sanctuary, quite frankly, is on the deck of a racing sailboat. I have been doing that for over 30 years. I started out at first as crew, a bowman, and eventually competed in the 2005 Trans Pacific Yacht Race, finishing third in our class. Today I Skipper my own boat, a 35 footer by the name of 'Kestrel'. I love my time on the water out where a person can witness the presence of something greater than themselves.

Diana Baima has been with Moore & Associates since 2002. She was hired on in the formative years of Moore & Associates and has been instrumental in the growth and development of our Client partnerships and Candidate databases. She combines a strong knowledgebase of technology and industry related resources with a personal level of commitmen tto help us reach potential candidates across the nation and effectively communicate our Client's needs.
Diana has been successful in translating these skills into an expertise for senior level non clinical roles including Facilities, Food Services and Environmental Services to name a few. She enjoys the opportunity to help someone move into the desired next step for their career as well as helping hospitals to find the perfect fit for their Administrative Team.

Vicki Geogiadou, Operations Supervisor
Vicki Georgiadou has recently joined Moore & Associates as an Operations Supervisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist. She was previously a Staffing Manager with a national search firm specializing in Accounting, Finance and IT practices.
During her 10-year career as an executive recruiter Vicki has been involved in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Banking, Accounting, Finance, and IT. Vicki has been an active participant with professional organizations such as the California Staffing Professionals and ASHHRA.
At Moore & Associates, Vicki will be a key contributor to the ongoing success of the team. She brings tremendous talent and experience in seeking out professionals for high level executive positions in Manager, Director, Senior Vice President, and C level suites.
Along with her professional skills, Vicki possesses a high energy level and unique people skills. Vicki received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in International Business/Studies from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.
Scott Johnson
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Scott Johnson has been with Moore & Associates since 2008. Scott brings a diverse professional background which has made him an effective and accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist. Scott has successfully placed managers, directors and C Suite individuals at medical centers across the country.
Mr. Johnson is a Masters prepared psychotherapist and spent over 10 years as a clinician in a private practice. He has treated individuals presenting a variety of symptoms and provided psychotherapy for at-risk youth for a southern California high school district. His background in psychology has served him well in determining which candidates will be that "good fit" for our client organizations. Scott enjoys meeting health care professionals from various disciplines and states, "I enjoy learning not only about an individual's professional accomplishments, but in learning about who they are as a person and the vision that motivates them in dedicating their careers to helping others."

Nicole Radgowski
Executive Assistant
Nicole Radgowski is the latest addition to the Moore & Associates team. She joined the team in November 2011 as the new Executive Assistant to the President. In addition to providing administrative support, Nicole will also utilize her experience in contract management and client relations to assist with the business development efforts that continually bring the company to new heights. In addition to supporting C Level Executives over the past 10 years, Nicole has also managed multi - million dollar contracts with the Department of the Navy as well as various municipalities throughout California from inception to completion. It is with this experience in project management that Nicole will help bring Moore & Associates to the next level. Along with her professional accomplishments, Nicole is also happily married with three beautiful daughters ages 13, 11 and 8.

Trevor Shrake
Administrative Assistant
Trevor Shrake, joined Moore & Associates in January 2011. He attends Mt. San Antonio College, working on an Associate's Degree in Biology. He plans to transfer to one of the University of California campuses to complet a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
Also he is a registered Emergency Medical Technican, pursuing Paramedic training in addition at Mt. San Antonio.
